We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
You can expect to receive your order within 15 business days after it is shipped.
Yes, you can change or cancel an order that has already been submitted, unless it’s been shipped. Once we have shipped your order, the order may no longer be cancelled. We are unable to accept or process returns at this time.
